My name is Liam Dowler, I live in Newport, South Wales. I am going to University in September to study film. Hobbies of mine include casual photography, and digital art, single frame, and moving image.
download one off here, there should be loads, and just open it in photoshop, then open your photo in photoshop, and drag the photo layer underneath the border layer, and walla, youll probly need to resize the picture.
if the border is bigger than the photo you will obviously need to resize the border to the size of the photo, rather than the other way round.
